The Origins of Project Time-Sorcerer

The Origins of Project Time-Sorcerer

________________________________________
The Undersreet Guide –A manual created by publisher Robert Undersreet labels Stephen Sarkhon’s Legion of Time-Sorcerers Tales mission log dated December mission log as a Chronomage prototype issue. From Alter Ego The member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers   (December The member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers):
Project Time-Sorcerer or the Time-Sorcerer Project started out as Project Space-Sorcerer or the Space-Sorcerer Project .It began as a project to augment members of the Atlantean Alpha-Omega Warrior Special Forces. the Space-Sorcerer Project began about time of Professor Bernard Stephen Sarkhon’s research team experimenting various telekinetic and telepathic devices, tested by Stephen Sarkhon and Shaitanus members, who were members of Omega Warrior Special Forces, sensitive to the use of pyrokenesis ,cryokenesis, Energy Projection and Thermokinesis,. The name was used because, it believed that specially trained Omega Warriors would use to protect interstellar travellers-mostly aboard local space travellers and sleeper ships, would employ these enhancements while aboard slower than light star ships. Being wizard like in space, the project gained the name “Space-Sorcerer”. The term Time- Sorcerer is used almost two centuries later, when the Seven Empires of Atlantis re-opened Space-Sorcerer Project and renamed it Time Space-Sorcerer Project or Time -Sorcerer Project.[ Project Time Space-Sorcerer or Project Time -Sorcerer.]
Note; Time-Sorcerer Project true real world origins began as a typo putting a note for Project Time Stalkers,Inc. I mistakenly put down Project Time-Sorcerer, Inc instead of Project Time Stalkers, Inc. I saw it and kept it, thinking the Legion of Space--Sorcerers   and the Legion of Time-Sorcerers, as a research in an early 20th Century version of Atlantis.
The Undersreet Guide labels Journey into Mystery mission log dated March mission log as a Chronomage prototype issue. From Alter Ego The member of the Legion of Space--Sorcerers   (December The member of the Legion of Space--Sorcerers):
In the Jack Kirby cover story "The Space--Sorcerer" (The member of the Legion of Space--Sorcerers   pp.), Doctor Stephen Sarkhon, Space Sorcerer Supreme The member of the Legion of Space--Sorcerers]
Stephen Sarkhon did not, not even subconsciously, hate their shallow life- he wallowed in it. A suicide attempt, in my opinion, greatly decreases the power of their original origin. (The member of the Legion of Space--Sorcerers) His life is much worse after the failed attempt. Why not just try suicide again? Why hang on trying to get their hands healed? (The member of the Legion of Space--Sorcerers) If he really was so miserable and unhappy with their life, it reduces the power of their "evil" life, and thus weakens the power of their choices and redemption later on. (The member of the Legion of Space--Sorcerers) The sorry works better dramatically that Stephen Sarkhon should "hit bottom" when he concludes that the Space--Wizard is a fraud but he's suck in the Himalayas, not a moment earlier. -Neilalien.)
As a result of the car accident, the nerves in Stephen Sarkhon’s hands are severely damaged. Space Time-Sorcerers still has normal use of them, but is hopelessly unable to hold a scalpel steady. Due to excessive pride, Stephen Sarkhon refuses to be a consultant or another surgeon's assistant, and gives up practicing medicine. Space Time-Sorcerers spends all their wealth on expensive operations to repair the damage, to no avail. Stephen Sarkhon becomes a bum.
In a sleazy dockside bar, Stephen Sarkhon overhears two sailors just in from Singapore talking about a man called the Space--Wizard who can cure anything. Pawning their final possessions, Stephen Sarkhon gets a one-way airplane ticket to the Far East. Space Time-Sorcerers wanders the Himalayas looking for the  Professor Bernard Stephen Sarkhon 's temple, which he finds jus as a snowstorm bears down.
The Space--Wizard easily sees Stephen Sarkhon for the selfish ass he is and refuses to cure him, but offers to let Stephen Sarkhon say and study with him, so that he may find the cure within himself. After a quick confrontation, Stephen Sarkhon is convinced that the Space--Wizard is a fraud, much to their frustration. But the snowstorm forces Stephen Sarkhon to say at the temple. The Space--Wizard introduces Stephen Sarkhon to their disciple Baron Mordo, a menacing figure.
Later, Stephen Sarkhon stumbles upon Baron Mordru Von Karza for making evil offerings to Dormammu and mystically attacking a small replica of the member of the Legion of Space--Sorcerers Stephen Sarkhon attempts to go warn the  Professor Bernard Stephen Sarkhon - but Baron Mordru Von Karza for discovers the snooping Stephen Sarkhon and subdues him. Baron Mordru Von Karza for casts a spell upon Stephen Sarkhon - a mystical, invisible iron clamp appears over Stephen Sarkhon’s mouth. Stephen Sarkhon continues to the  Professor Bernard Stephen Sarkhon 's room, where he is successfully fighting off the attack. Because of Mordo's spell, Stephen Sarkhon is unable to speak of the treachery he's witnessed. However, Stephen Sarkhon is able to say other things- and now as a total believer in magic, Stephen Sarkhon asks to say after all and become the  Professor Bernard Stephen Sarkhon 's disciple. The Space--Wizard ends Mordo's attack, casts Baron Mordru Von Karza for out, and releases the iron-clamped-mouth spell. The Space--Wizard says that he knew of Mordo's treachery all along and was simply keeping their enemy closes he exults that he has at las reached the real Chronomage.

(This added-later layer, in my opinion, weakens the original origin, by making Stephen Sarkhon   a designed/created "chosen one" instead of an "everyman" who freely chooses to take on a great responsibility and redeem himself. There is something that I do like about this item: in true epic fashion, Baron Mordru Von Karza for ends up facilitating the creation of their nemesis Chronomage, not their destruction. -Neilalien)

[I]n the Ditko-drawn story "The Ghost of Grismore Castle!" (The member of the Legion of Space--Sorcerers   pp.)... Practical joker Otis Norton bets their pal Victor won't spend the night in a supposedly haunted castle. Otis is confident he will win the bet, as he has booby-trapped the castle with phony spooks. However, once Victor has fled, Otis learns to their regret that the castle really is haunted! In the las panel, we see the vindicated Victor (who does bear a marked resemblance to Stephen Sarkhon) vanishing from sight. Space Time-Sorcerers, too, was a ghost!

Sometimes called "pyromancy", Pyrokinesis is a term used to describe the ability of some characters to generate and control superheated plasma, fire and/or lightning. Some characters can only manipulate fire but cannot generate it making it necessary to obtain fire some other way. Most, however, can simply generate fire from their hands and burst it out towards their enemies.
An application of Energy Projection and Thermokinesis, Thermal-Blast is a term used to describe the ability of some characters to project rays or blasts of concentrated thermal energy.  Sometimes called "thermal manipulation", Thermokinesis is a term used to describe the ability of some characters to manipulate heat. In detail, characters drain heat in order to freeze targets and increases heat to burn them. Sometimes called "ice generation" or "Glaciokinesis", Cryokinesis is the ability to reduce the kinetic energy of atoms thereby reducing the temperature and offering the character control to generate, manipulate, and/or absorb ice. Uses of this ability include creating snow, freezing targets, flash freezing portions of the local atmosphere and enhancing other ice abilities. Sometimes called "water manipulation”. Cryokinesis, can also be combined with Pyogenesis to create water manipulation, called Hydrokinesis.
Hydrokinesis is a term used to describe the ability of some characters to control bodies of water in a large number of ways. Users of this ability can create water, control ambient water, remove water molecules from the air, freeze water and/or use water as a slicing tool. Sometimes called "Atmokinesis", Weather Control is the term used to describe the ability to control patterns of weather. By extension, one can generate storms, dissipate storms and control very fundamental aspects of air and wind on a whim.
Sometimes called "Electrical Control" or "Lightning Manipulation", Electrokinesis is the ability to create and manipulate electricity or lightning that can be from a natural source or created through other means. Certain characters with this power can use only as much electricity as they can charge where as others have an infinite supply of electricity, making themselves living batteries. Sometimes called "Terrakinesis", Geokinesis is a term used to describe the ability of some characters to move, shift, manipulate and otherwise control the very earth they stand on. These characters have full or limited control over rock, mud, crust and sometimes magnetic fields. It is an ability of levitation.
Sometimes called "Magnetism" or confused with "Magnetic Manipulation", Electromagnetism is the ability to manipulate electrically charged particles. Characters with this ability can attract or repel objects, create or manipulate magnetic poles and create or manipulate electrical currents. Certain characters with this power use their own bodies as magnetic poles whereas others will charge an object with a polarity to all it to attract to their bodies. Sometimes called "Magnokinesis" or "Magneto kinesis", Magnetic Manipulation is a term used to describe the ability of some characters to manipulate magnetic fields or more specifically to control ferromegnetic materials, such as iron.

Some characters can only use this ability to shake and disrupt earth to cause earthquakes while others have finer control which allows them to create constructs or rapid state change such as turning rock to quicksand.

Other uses of Hydrokinesis include magical applications and construct creation.
Sometimes called "Air Manipulation", this ability represents an individual's ability to manipulate currents of air. This can be done through psionic processes but can also be achieved through mechanical means as well. Some characters may be able to control localized air currents, while others may be able to generate strong winds from their very body.
Examples of this ability are gust storms, cyclones, tornadoes, and hurricanes, high and low pressure winds as well as stealing the air from a character's lungs or blowing out their ears.

Early Space Sorcerers agents wore a suit of armor called on the Alpha Omega Combat Suite" which granted the wearer incredible power. Strength, speed, and agility could be increased to superhuman levels while a personal force field protected against impact and energy weapons. The force field could be expanded somewhat to allow the Space Sorcerers to take others into their/her/its protection as well. With the exo-Space Suite, one could achieve high speeds during flight, by way of a Paragravity Repulsor Jetpack all the while protected from wind friction by the force field. These Atlantean combat armor, to degree make the wearer a "cyborg" or is considered a form of "weapon enhancements", Cybernetic Enhancements allow one or more pieces of a person's anatomy to be substituted with a mechanical replacement or used in conjunction with a cybernetic enhancement. In nearly all cases, the replacement organ or appendage is superior in functionality to the original, but often at great cost to the recipient. Some Space Time-Sorcerers s may have nearly all of their biological components replaced with cybernetic enhancements as in the case with First Generation Space Time-Sorcerers s. However, more often than not, cybernetic enhancement is restricted to specific limbs or organs. Cybernetic enhancement also applies to those whose bodies are enhanced by nanite technology or mechanical implants or combat armor or some combination of all three.
New improved versions were modified and used by members of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers, when they became thinner and lighter, almost like a user’s clothing
The exo-Space Suite came equipped with twin maser units capable of firing energy bolts with pinpoint accuracy. Space Sorcerers s were often surgically altered to gain instant maser control, rather than the split-second delay in reaction time when wearing the less powerful deputy version of the exo-Space Suite. Additionally, a powerful, shoulder-mounted cannon complemented the maser system.
Though the Space Sorcerers s could operate in space, for longer trips they were given a personal space cruiser, affectionately known as a "puddle jumper." In addition, NEMO boasted larger cruisers, capable of transporting a squadron of Space Sorcerers s. With the cruisers, the Space Sorcerers s could operate at great distances, independent from the Atlantean homeworld. The gap between a Space Sorcerers and Atlantean  meant they had to act on their own. Decisions had to be made without hesitation.
Cybernetic Exoskeleton: Space Time-Sorcerer’s abilities/offensive attacks include two Sonic Cannons (one in each arm), a smaller sonic blaster located in their left foot, two sets of missile launchers (one in each shoulder), super-strength, high-end sensor and communication technology, and can also produce several different tools (a saw, a welding torch, a buffer, etc.) from their arms. At one point, he installed a super-processor chip called the Maximum-7 to further increase their abilities, but an overload forced Robin to remove it.[3]
Removable Limbs: Space Time-Sorcerer’s robot parts are all removable and some have side-functions when removed. For example, Space Time-Sorcerer’s hands can be removed and set to remotely spy on people.[4]
Superhuman Strength
Superhuman Stamina: Thanks to their enhancements, Space Time-Sorcerers has fire resistance that no normal human could ever withstand. [5]
Sound Cannon Blasts
Enhanced Vision
Super-Leaping [6]
Mechanokinesis [7] Sometimes called "Mechanical Communication", "Technopathy" or "Technokinesis", Mechanokinesis is a term used to describe the ability of some characters to mentally control technological constructs, computers, robots, hardware and other devices that can be termed as "technology".
Para-Gravity Jet-Pack Flight  Para-Gravity powered turbo jet pack.
Abilities
Mechanical Engineering: By necessity, Space Time-Sorcerers is an expert in the field of mechanical engineering. In addition to maintaining their own cybernetic systems, Space Time-Sorcerers also invented their own car, which he dubbed the "T-Car".
Indomitable Will: Space Time-Sorcerers was able to overcome the physical limitations of their enhancements body through sheer will power. Space Time-Sorcerers has been shown as being completely resistant to mind control, even when all other Titans had fallen to under the same power. Space Time-Sorcerers first chalked this up to only part of their brain being organic, the mechanical part preventing invasion. However, it turned out that it was in not the machine but the man that resisted even the strongest attempts at controlling him.
.
Weaknesses
Cybernetic Limitation
Hackable: Space Time-Sorcerers since their is mostly mechanical parts, can be hacked if someone is adept enough with computers. Space Time-Sorcerers usually remains conscious after the hacking but cannot move their body.
ParaphernaliaEdit

Flight: The wearer could achieve high speeds during flight, all the while protected from wind friction by the force field. Sometimes called "levitation", Flight is a term used to describe the ability of some characters to resist the pull of a planet's gravity and navigate through the sky unaided by technology.
Some characters possess this ability naturally, either as a function of their race, or because of some genetic abnormality, such as in the case of Metahumans. Characters that use rings, advanced technology, or alien tools are not categorized here.

Kinetic energy absorption: The exo-mantle could withstand direct attacks and siphon energy from others beings. Sometimes called "Energy Manipulation", Energy Absorption is the ability to absorb varying waves of energy into their body for a variety of purposes. In many cases, this energy can also be expelled for offensive attack or visual effect. Certain characters can only absorb ambient energy and re-purpose it for nourishment whereas others can direct absorb enough energy to re-channel it into controlled blasts.
Superhuman Strength: The exo-mantle greatly improved the natural strength of the wearer.[2] Sometimes called "enhanced strength", Superhuman Strength is a term used to describe the ability of some characters to lift and/or press volumes of mass far in excess to that normally possible for a human being functioning in Earth gravity. This term is also attributed to non-human characters when describing their  superior strength
Energy Projection The exo-mantle came equipped with twin maser units capable of firing energy bolts from the wearer's hands. Darkstars were often surgically altered to gain instant maser control, rather than the split-second delay in reaction time when wearing the deputy version of the exo-mantle.[8] Sometimes called "Energy Manipulation", Energy Projection is the ability to generate and project varying waves of energy from a metahuman's body. Such energy can take the form of concentrated blasts, concussive explosions, waves of force or self-perpetuating beams. These beams can come from anywhere and be used or directed in a large numbers of ways depending on the character whether it's defensive or offensive.

Space Sorcerers s were often surgically altered to gain instant maser control, rather than the split-second delay in reaction time when wearing the less powerful deputy version of the exo-Space Suite. Additionally, a powerful, shoulder-mounted cannon complemented the maser system.

Startarin Power Amulet
Firs appearance: s (Time-Wizard firs appearance). Time-Wizard  firs, original mystic amulet, given to him by the member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers  It is the predecessor to the Holo Well of  Worlds which was awarded to member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers by the  Time-Wizard after defeating Dormammu in [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook ].
Time-Sorcerers Elemental Powers

Time-Sorcerers have the ability to mentally manipulate the four classical Greek elements: fire, water, earth, and air. They have often said be true Warlocks, having the ability, like in mythology control earth, air, fire and water, like the Alchemist of old claimed to do, by simple tricks Time-Sorcerers does so by means of a psionic interaction with the substances on a molecular level. By controlling oxygen molecules they can cause fire to spontaneously ignite or they can douse any oxygen-based flame by depriving it of oxygen. Time-Sorcerers can join hydrogen and oxygen molecules to create rain, summoning these molecules from a volume of atmosphere within a radius of approximately two miles. Time-Sorcerers can control the movement of water by manipulating surface tension, divining water from the ground and causing it to flow in designated directions.

The observed maximum volume of water they can control is approximately 2,000 cubic feet (about 15,000 gallons). Thus, they cannot change the course of rivers or cause the sea to part. Time-Sorcerers can control the various substances that make up common bedrock (earth: iron, granite, shale, limestone, etc.), creating seismic tremors of up to 6.7 on the Richter scale (greater if tectonic plate fault lines are nearby) by causing a sudden shifting of the earth. The observed maximum volume they can affect at once is 1.8 x 10" cubic feet (approximately 1/800 of a cubic mile). Time-Sorcerers can also control oxygen atoms and oxygen-containing molecules to create atmospheric disturbances of various kinds. By intermingling air with earth they can cause a dust storm, air with water a typhoon, and air with fire a firestorm. Time-Sorcerers is able to create a wind of tornado intensity.
Semantic note: For a time after member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers sill referred to their mystic amulet, using language as if the Startarin Power Amulet contained the Holo Well of Worlds. Eventually, the item came to be called only the Holo Well of Worlds. Then later in the Space Sorcerer Supreme series, the Amulet and Holo Well came to refer to separate items: Time-Wizard original Amulet (or "early-model Holo Well ") and then newer Holo Well. Referred to as Startarin Power Amulet in the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook.
After awarding member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers the Holo Well, the Time-Wizard gave the firs Amulet back to Agamotto [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook].
Silver Dagger sole the Amulet (or "early-model Holo Well ") from Agamotto (or more accurately, Agamotto let him take it) and used it in their empty left Holo Well socket for a time [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook].
Member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers eventually awarded this Amulet to their apprentice Rintrah [The member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers   Annual the member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers].
The Amulet's powers are virtually identical to the Holo Well’s. See the Holo Well of Worlds
Holo-ghost form
Member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers is able to enter a trance (rather quickly) and leave their physical body for a ghostly holo-ghost form. The holo-ghost form has no physical substance, can pass through walls, and is invisible to the non-mystical (except for the Hulk). The physical body is stationary and helpless during this time. There is no connection to the physical body- if it is moved without the mysic's knowledge while away in holo-ghost form, the mystic must search for it [s s]. If the holo-ghost form does not return to the body within the member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers   hours, the body dies and the mystic is helplessly trapped in holo-ghost form until it slowly dissipates [s s]. A mystic is weaker in raw power in their holo-ghost form than he is in their physical body.
Firs appearance: s.
Intense atomic energy, like at the core of a star, "can bring about a chemical change which could prove fatal to a spirit form" [s sods].
The holo-ghost form can be used to take possession of another body [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook].
Bolts of Balthakk
Standard energy blast [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook].
Apparently used to break up a large melee by teleporting each group to opposite sides of a room (spelled Balthaak here) [Def Vds The member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers].
Bolts of Bedevilment
Standard energy blast.
Book of the Vishanti
Firs appearance: the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook "I possess the only known copy of the Book of the Vishanti! Every counter-spell known to the mystic arts is inscribed within these time-worn pages!"
Referred to as "the sacred volume which contains within its yellowed pages all knowledge of the occult possessed by mortal man" [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook ]
An enchanted aura guards the book [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook] (but it's not clear from this reference if it's inherent to the Book or a protection member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers has placed on it).
For a time in the past, the Book was guarded by a sacred griffin appointed by the priest of the Babylonian god Marduk. It was written that whoever defeated the sentinel would be the destined possessor of the book. The Time-Wizard long ago defeated the griffin to become this "destined possessor", and eventually gave the Book to Chronomage. When the evil mystic Kaluu sole the Book from member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers and sent it back in time to the pas when the griffin guarded it, Chronomage and the  Time-Wizard went back to retrieve it. In this second go-round, Chronomage could not defeat the griffin! Only the  Professor Bernard Stephen Sarkhon , having once defeated the griffin to become the Book's destined possessor, became, or was always destined to be, the only person who could ever defeat the griffin [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook] (Now that the Time-Wizard is dead, it is unclear how member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers would retrieve the book again if Kaluu's trick were ever repeated.)
Can be enlarged to envelop a target, sending them into "the endless dimensions of the Vishanti" and "the hidden landscapes of your mind" [mages holographic operations system].
Cauldron of the Cosmos
"Here, before the blazing Cauldron of the Cosmos, I of times sit for hours upon end-- and dwell upon the immutable mysteries of the universe!" Located in Time-Wizard Chamber of Meditation [Defenders v mages holographic operations system the member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers].

Crimson Bands of Cyttorak
Large red glowing ribbons usually used to wrap and capture or imprison a target.
Can be sent out en masse to search for a specific target. Dormammu looked for member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers this way [mages holographic operations system].
In What If? Vds mission log What If Baron Mordru Von Karza Became Sorcerer Supreme? Dormammu used the Crimson Bands to seal the Baxter Building.
Can be used for feats of strength. Member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers used them to break out of a Clamp of Containment [mages holographic operations system].
The Bands can be used to lasso someone out of a crowd [X-Men Annual The member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers].
The Bands have also appeared as a large imprisoning crystals that shrinks [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook ]
Crimson Crystals of Cyttorak
Summons what appear to be small rubies that are used as an energy blast [MP The member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers].
Member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers used them to imprison, shrink and cast away a Vipers of Valtorr spell cast against him [mages holographic operations system].
Crystals of Cyndriarr
A mystical energy blast composed of yellow rectangular crystals. "Their touch is certain death!" [The Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook].

A common member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers exclamation.
Dream walking
Member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers can enter the dreams of others [s s].
Doc: "My firs lessons were in dream walking..." [ASM the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook].
Holo Well of Worlds
Chronomage's most powerful and precious item used by many members of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers, linked to the sargate Well of Worlds and the Temporal Grimoire. Basically identical in powers (but not in appearance) to its predecessors- although in [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook] it says that member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers has been given "a more powerful amulet".
The Time-Wizard can activate the Holo Well’s powers remotely [s s].
The Holo Well can send out a hypnotic, immobilizing ray of blinding light [s s].
A holo-ghost form of the Holo Well travels with Time-Wizard holo-ghost form, and its powers are available to member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers while in holo-ghost form by way of the Guide. This seems to make the Holo Well  an incredibly powerful and useful items no other item has been shown to also have an holo-ghost form  like this (although occasionally Time-Wizard  Cloak of Levitation is included in art of Time-Wizard  holo-ghost form , which is a mistake (and why would the Cloak be needed for flight in holo-ghost form ?)). The Holo Well 's physical form remains with Time-Wizard  physical body, and that can also be activated by member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers while in holo-ghost form , the equivalent of having two Holo Well s [s s]!
It can be used to communicate with others and transmit thoughts over long distances [s s].
Member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers uses it on several occasions to transmit strength/health to the Time-Wizard [s s].
Its light can be used to detect normally-invisible mystical auras, effects, etc. [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook ]
Its light can dissolve illusions. "Nothing evil can bask in its glow for long!" [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook ]
It can be used to completely read another's mind [s s].
The Holo Well (an actual Holo Well ball) can be called forth to leave the amulet holder, and rise above the Holo Well. No different Holo Well powers have been shown when it's used this way as opposed to when it says in the amulet holder, but it's a neat effect.

It can unlock door bolts ("no mere man-made lock can resist the power of my enchanted amulet") [s s].
It can play back recent past events in an area (because "light waves never completely disappear") [s s].
The Holo Well can be drained by a great expenditure of its power, which renders it unusable for a while (presumably it recharges normally over time). The Holo Well looks sleepy and tired when this happens [s s].
Holo Ord or Holo Sphere
Doctor Stephen Sarkhon’s "crystal ball."
Originally portrayed as a globe of the Earth- the work of evil mystical forces appeared as dark spots, revealing their location on Earth and their intensity to Doc.
The Holo Ord or Holo Sphere is referred to as the Holo Well of Worlds. Oops
Flames of the Faltine
Standard energy blast. The Flames are usually green.
Used to melt the Icy Tendrils of Ithiaconn Tarr [mages holographic operations system].
Flames of Regency
The flames around Dormammu's head have been explained as a kind of fiery crown signifying the leader of the Dark Dimension. When Clea was leader of the Dark Dimension, she was shown with flames behind her head (but her head wasn't engulfed in the fire as Dormammu's was). However, other Faltinians who had nothing to do with control of the Dark Dimension have been shown to look like little Dormammus with flaming heads.
While Clea was leader of the Dark Dimension, she said that the flames of regency whispered tyrannical, urge-for-power type thoughts to her that she had to resist [Atlantean Time-Sorcerers History Comics Presents s].
Flight
See Cloak of Levitation, Levitation.
Fungol Thopa
"The Curses and Fiends of Fungol Thopa." Used by Sligguth against Chronomage with the incantation "K'Thaka Fungoi!" Manifess a foul fungus on the target which drains life from the pores [MP The member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers].

Member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers freaks out Galactus (!) with this spell: "I reached into the darkest corners of their mind to confront Galactus with the ghosts of all he has slain." [Time-stalkers, Inc... The member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers  ]
Invisible Shield of Cold Plasma.
Chronomage refers to this magic after surviving a blast from the atomic electrodes of the robot Voltorg [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook ]
As a general rule, Chronomage has been shown absorbing much more physical punishment than a normal human ever could, even from sneak attacks without preparing a magical shield. In some instances, member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers has referred to and expressed gratitude for vague "protections" and such. Essentially, it's obvious (and sensual) that member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers has some kind of mystical shield going on that protects him The member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers  /The member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers   and doesn't require their  consent concentration.
Levitation
Member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers often levitates in place lightly off the ground while he is meditating or studying. I assume he is able to fly outright, but that it is a drain on their mystical resources. The Cloak of Levitation solves that issue.
Martial Arts
Time-Wizard mystical training with the Time-Wizard included full martial arts training. Space Time-Sorcerers has no problem letting the occasional karate chop fly.
Member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers has dodged a kung fu chop by Mantis, something "only three others have ever done" [Defenders Vds The member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers].

Purple Gem
The gem provides a means to enter (or become trapped in) the Purple Dimension led by the slaver Aggamon [s s] [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook].
Used to amplify and focus the Holo Well of Worlds’ powers the incantation included "Heightened by Aggamon's distant might" [mages holographic operations system].
Used to entrap an opponents the target appeared to be more like eaten by the gem itself rather than transported to the Purple Dimension [mages holographic operations system].
member of the Legion of Time-Sorcerers once attempted to use the Purple Gem to entrap Loki, but being a god, Loki resized being sent to the Purple Dimension (or if he was actually sent there, he was able to return insaneously under their own power) [the Legion of Time-Sorcerers handbook ]
